The AXW Women's Championship, also known as the Queens of Hardcore Championship, is a professional wrestling championship owned and promoted by American Xtreme Wrestling (AXW). It is AXW's tertiary championship. The title was first established in August 2018 when AXW first launched. Since then, the AXW Women's Championship along with AXW's other championships, was designed to be held by many notable competitors including former AXW alumni and other notorious Queens of Hardcore.

The first AXW Women's Championship match took place on an episode of "AXW TV" where Rebecca Wilde took on Diamante Del Rey to crown an inaugural champion. Rebecca Wilde would defeat her opponent to become the first Women's Champion in AXW history.
