History[]
The 187 Academy is the #1 training facility in Mexico and #3 In the world reported by PWI, next to the famous Hart Dungeon and The StarrDome. The 187 Academy was started by the third generation Mendez families grandfather, Jose Mendez. He started training Sean Mendez's father in wrestling, and that's when it officially started. Jose and Sean Sr, Sean's father, started training multiple superstars including Sean's own children: Salinas, Ceaser,Sean and El Guerrera.Today the 187 academy still stands tall in Mexico City, Mexico; Where The Late Jose Mendez's Residence used to be.
