Brax Langston

Brax's most notable base

Early Career[]

He was trained by the late "The Spade" Adam Slade along with his best friends the late Syxx and the late Nova.

Brax Langston began his illustrious career in EEFW in 2007, he did not do anything notable there during his run and would often lose to the main event and higher mid-card guys on the roster until he was released.

Brax would soon debut for the startup Super Smash Wrestling company in their first show and entangle himself in a feud with another upstart and best friend Syxx, the two men would then find themselves being put into a best of 7 series. Both men at the end would find themselves tied 3 wins each and by the 7th and final match would be interupted by Spade and his bodyguard Nova.

Spade would proclaim that SSW didn't see any value in any 4 of them and that they need to lookout for each other instead of fighting amongst themselves, thus forming possibly the biggest stable in SSW history.. The Unsaveables.

The Unsaveables[]

The Unsaveables group would wreck havoc through SSW from their start in mid-late 2008 all the way up into the closing in 2015, First off with the help from the other 3 members of the group Spade's National Title win from Hijo Taledaga in early 2009. With this continued support Spade would hold the title till mid 2009.

Brax meanwhile held the tag titles on 8 seperate occasions with Nova/Syxx and Spade, Langston also began heavily taking people out of SSW by 2010 taking out beloved vets and newcomers alike in the likes of Shiroki Mino, "Bluecollar" Andy Dalton, Super Dax and Mr. 360.

The Unsaveables grew to almost a Cliq level in SSW many believing them to be to overpowered throughout the company, especially from 2012-2014 known as the "Dark Times Of SSW", During this time Syxx grew on as a face while still being part of the group but, breaking off to mostly singles role, Spade took on more of a lesser role, Nova stayed his big bodyguard type and Brax picked up the role of being more of the leader of The Unsaveables.

Brax would also win his first world title in the start of 2013 when he beat current National Champion "Dominator" Aaron Fields to hold the title until the beginning of 2014, where he would drop the title to Luthor Lovecraft. (Lovecraft would later drop the title to Spade who would drop it back to Lovecraft on the final SSW show in 2015.)

By 2015 The Unsaveables still stuck around as friends but were mostly split into doing their own things, apart from Nova who usually just managed Spade or Brax and Syxx only interacted with his stable in backstage segments.

By the end of SSW's first run as a company The Unsaveables continued outside of it for a short time until Brax Langston was signed by WWFED in late 2015.

WWFED[]

In late 2015 Brax Langston was signed by Wrestling Wrealm Federation and immediately was put into a newcomers tournament to help develop and show the mass if new signings to the company.

Unfortunately for Brax he was eliminated in the very first round by "Modern Model" Vincent Williams and was kept off Wrealm for the next month and a half to continue developing his character.

Brax Langston would reappear in a bodyguard role a month and a half later being the silent bodyguard for Plant Man and Perona, throughout the weeks Brax would continue to be on the losing side of things but backstage he would start to grow a fondness for Perona. However this would start to become almost obsessive as he would steal her hair, panties and other items from her to keep them for himself. He's also have a small shrine to her in his locker.

This would finally come to ahead when Perona started to become romantically involved with Vincent Williams, This would cause Brax to have an outrage and attack Plant Man seriously injuring him. He would then embark into his first and only rivalry in WWFED against Williams after kidnapping Perona.

The feud wouldn't last very long though and in the three matches they had Vincent would win all three, also he's get Perona back after the 1st match. The other two were just to keep Vincent strong as he was heavily backed by Wrealm at the time.

After the losses Brax would be seen in a blonde wig the next show looking in the mirror saying how beautiful he is and how he looks way better than Perona, however this gimmick wouldnt see the light of day in Wrealm as he'd be released right after.

However just a month later would sign to Infinity Wrestling Federation.

IWF Start/Beautiful[]

In early 2016 Brax Langston would start immediately after his signing to IWF (IWF bought out a lot of Wrealm's talent) and his first appearance would be while hyping up Perona's debut, There is someone seen in a pink wig but as the person turns it is Brax Langston claiming how "Beautiful" he is.

Later on in that same show Brax Langston now dubbed as "Beautiful" would wrestle his first match, a squash against Saint Christian. He would also debut a very homoerotic manager named Pinkie Sanchez. The two men would kidnap Saint Christian after the match and put him in a gimp suit.

The Beautiful gimmick was one of the most talked about and "controversial" gimmicks in IWF and some parts of the Efed world, Brax wouldn't actually do to much however, only really a handful of squash matches and comedy segments as it seemed IWF did not really know what to do with such an outlandish gimmick as the Beautiful one was.

Brax ad Pinkie were subsequently moved down to IWF's development brand where unfortunately during his first match there he'd be sidelined with a injury.

The Bullet Debut[]

After a short time off Brax would start to get vignettes played with a new gimmick and look, A bleach blonde haired and singlet wearing look, He'd start using the moniker of "The Bullet" a name which has since stuck to him ever since.

Brax would win the Developmental Brands Championship only after 3 matches back and everything seemed to be running smoothly for Brax, until another and more serious injury happened in his 7th match back and in a title match against Jonathan Hayden, this resulted in the finish being changed and Hayden becoming the new champion.

Brax would be on the sidelines for the rest of his career in IWF, when on the sidelines Brax would actually request his release from IWF which would be granted. This would be the final time Brax would ever compete IWF.

GGCW/NAPW[]

For a very brief time Brax Langston would team up with Rich Harrison to run a small venture efed called GGCW inviting in lots of independent Efed wrestlers to wrestle on the show, this would later be revealed to be a scouting to see if it would be a smart decision for Super Smash Wrestling tp re-open.

GGCW would only run 12 shows ever with Brax only competing in 5 of those shows usually in tag matches including a hugely regarded efed match of the year when Brax teamed with Nova to take on John Creed and Mathias Osborne (Formerly known as Syxx).

He also had an extremely prolific run in NAPW which many recall as the "Era Of Brax", it only lasted six months but this is where Brax developed into the current day Brax we all know today. During this run he won the NAPW World Title and held it until his departure for SSW where he relinquished the title on his final appearance, leaving NAPW undefeated.

Non Efed Related[]

On November 4th, 2017 Danny Damon aka Syxx was found deceased, the suspect in his murder trial was found nearly a year later.

On February 10th, 2018 Stanley Perez AKA Nova had to undergo a emergency open heart surgery, unfortunately there were several complications in the surgery and Perez passed away two days later on February 12, 2018.

On September 22nd, 2018 Thomas Slade AKA "The Spade" Adam Slade was found deceased in his motel room to an apparent overdose.

These three men's passing was a huge blow to the Efed world and to the many friends and family who loved them, condolences to the Damon family, the Perez family and the Slade family and friends..

Return To SSW[]

Brax returned to Super Smash Wrestling in the beginning of 2017, immediately pairing back up with Spade,Syxx and Nova as The Unsaveables. He would also attack Shawn Lecrip after his world title win but that feud would be held off until a later time

This time however Syxx now a true heel from previous companies would be featured more frequently and quickly into their return Brax and Syxx would begin to butt heads over who was in control of the group, this would all of a sudden come to a sudden forefront when Brax would level Syxx from behind and kick him out of the group. This would eventually lead to descension between Spade,Nova and Brax as all three men would quickly split to.

The four former best friends turned foes would all face in a Fatal-Four Way elimanation match and Stand & Fight in April 2017, Nova would be out first, then Spade and then Syxx with Brax standing tall. Brax then officially declared that all three of them are in his past and now it is all about "The Bullet" and also how he has yet to be beaten in Efed wrestling since July of 2016.

On October 29th, 2017 on the SSW PPV Dante's Inferno Brax Langston would defeat Syxx (in his last ever Efed match before his passing) to become the new #1 contender to Shawn Lecrip's World Title which he would go on to win that December at Final War after some help from Huan and Lei Lee, this is the same title reign Brax has to this current day, including the undefeated streak.

Current Day/Kingdom/"Brother"[]

In 2019 Brax Langston still was holding onto both the title and the undefeated streak, but on top of that would bring in his newest stable. The Kingdom.

The Kingdom consists of Danny Heartland, Matt Aarons and now relieved member Braden Edwards, they would begin running rough shot over all of SSW in a very Unsaveables eques way. Until they were stopped by the SSW Elite (Miller,Elias,Lecrip and Kush) this would also be the forefront to the infamous Stable Wars show that happened.

The Kingdom would go into Stable Wars holding all the SSW Gold. Brax with the World Title, Heartland with the Open Challenge Title and Aarons/Edwards with the Tag Titles, they would even win the stable wars which forced all but them and one other stable of their choosing to stay intact (They chose The Vets). However shortly after Stable Wars would be when Heartland would lose the Open Challenge Championship to Jimmy Huntz and then only a month later Edwards and Aarons would lose the Tag Titles to Arbur/Kane of The Vets.

In September of 2020, Brax Langston's brother (storyline) Drake Langston would return to wrestling after Brax left him behind battered and bruised in their glory days, he would begin to make Brax and The Kingdom's lives a living hell constantly costing Heartland,Aarons and Edwards losses and even giving Brax his first loss since July 2016 by countout (His only loss once again as he hasn't lost since). Brax and Drake would finally have their match in December 2020 with Brax winning and retaining his title over his younger brother. Brax then did the unthinkable and offered Drake a spot in The Kingdom which to the dismay of the SSW fans Drake accepted.

In January 2021, Brax kicked Braden Edwards out of The Kingdom for being unsuccessful against newcomer Manny Starkz twice in two weeks. this would be the official send down for Braden who is now in Next Up.

March 2021 would mark a huge change for Brax Langston as for the first time in his history in SSW he'd turn face, after Drake, Heartland, Aarons and newest additions as of that night Terry Inked and Bruiser Alexander would all attack Brax during his title defense against Lo Shen. Brax and Shen would manage to fight off Aarons,Heartland but the two new members would take out Shen and Drake would destroy his brother with a chair.
